Express Drainage Solutions Kenya Limited is the leading supplier of commercial and industrial reverse osmosis and water treatment system components. Our extensive inventory includes Water Quality Monitors and Controllers, Pressure Gauges, Flow Meters, Storage Tanks, Valves, System Controls and all other components used in Commercial and Industrial RO Systems.
King Instruments’ Acrylic Tube Flow Meters’ economical machined cast acrylic block construction makes these flowmeters great for OEM use. Direct reading scales have white screen printed backs to enhance scale readability. Available in panel-mounting or in-line styles for easy installation.
Blue-White flow meters are offered in several styles that are suitable for a wide variety of applications.
Install the HM Digital Panel Mount Controller to constantly monitor and control TDS levels of water produced by a high-output system. HM Digital Controllers are superior in construction and performance, yet made available at an economic cost. With HM Digital water testing instruments, you’ll know if your water is pure.
Signet Panel and Field Mount Transmitters and Sensors for monitoring Flow, pH, Conductivity, Level, Temperature and various water quality parameters in a RO, UF, MF, NF, SWRO, or other Water Treatment Systems
Temperature indicators have a hermetic seal and an external adjustment in the rear of the case. The hermetic seal prevents the entry of moisture into the casing, thus minimizing the possibility of icing or fogging inside the case. The window stays clear, and with the Maxivision® dial, precise readings are certain.
Available in rear or bottom mounting options.
MI Liquid filled pressure gauges are used to monitor the pressure in a water line. These can be mounted in-line directly onto any water line, or mounted to the control panel of a commercial RO system. Available in pressure ranges 60 psi to 1,500 psi, these pressure gauges are suitable for use in a wide variety of applications.
All-stainless models are offered for seawater or corrosive applications.
Pressure switches monitor the system inlet pressure and signals the controller to shut-down the RO booster pump and system when a pre-set pressure is reached. These can be used for low pressure or high pressure system protection.
Series RVDM in-line pressure relief valve features a primary rolling diaphragm and a secondary flat diaphragm which incorporates the Plast-O-Matic patented Fail-Dry design for added protection. For use as back pressure valve, straight relief, by-pass relief or back pressure regulator.
Relief setting is infinitely adjustable from 5 psi to 100 psi. 1/2″ size to 120 psi. Maximum inlet pressure is 150 psi. Not recommended for applications with vacuum or backpressure on the outlet
Float switches and float trees serve as level controls to detect the level of the water in an atmospheric storage tank. When the water level reaches the set level, the float switch sends a ‘tank full’ signal to the system controller. When used in conjunction with an ROC or PLC automated system controller and inlet solenoid valves, the tank level controls provide automatic system shut off when tank is full, and restart when tank level falls below a set level. For use with atmospheric storage tanks or other non-pressurized reservoir
2-Way and 3-Way Solenoid Valves for controlling the feed stream in a reverse osmosis or other water treatment system. Available in a wide range of pressure ratings, sizes, and resilient materials to provide long service life and low internal leakage
Commonly used as concentrate control valves (also referred to as system pressure control valves) in RO, UF, NF, MF, and SWRO Membrane Water Treatment Systems, needle valves use a tapered pin to gradually open or close the water stream, allowing for precise regulation of flow.
Needle valves are ideal for continuous use applications where a liquid stream must be maintained at a constant adjustable flow rate.
Available in Brass and Stainless Steel models.
Commonly used as concentrate control valves (also referred to as system pressure control valves) in large commercial or industrial RO, UF, MF, NF and SWRO Membrane Water Treatment Systems, globe valves use a movable disk plug to gradually open or close the water stream, allowing for precise regulation of flow.
Globe valves are ideal for continuous-use applications where a liquid stream in a pipeline larger than ¾” must be maintained at a constant adjustable flow rate.
